Feedback:User/RiotOfficer/Engineer Jetpack kit

I was thinking one interesting skill for the engineer would be a jet back either as a backpack kit, or utility skill, but probably an elite. As a non-kit skill it could allow the user to move in three dimensions similar in idea to swimming. If kits could still be attached the engineer could be a flying bomber(bomb kit), could flying intercept spells with the shield, etc. The spell could also be replaced with a speed boost for the duration. If not elite the tool belt skill could be a straight forward dash. As a backpack kit skill it could allow 3D movement in addition to replacing the first 5 skills. This movement could be an automatic benefit or could be assigned to skills to go up and down. Other skills that could be used while equipped could include:

- speed boost (possibly with damaging exhaust similar to rocket boots)
- straight up-burning with the exhaust
- primary attack of Gatling guns if Gatling guns included
- dropping bombs or grenades from the air

I think this would be a very powerful spell just due to the amount of mobility and flexibility it allows, but all classes do have access to ranged weapons that would be able to shoot the engineer in the air. I do not know if this would be possible to implement, whether it would be balanced, or whether it has already been thought of, but wouldn't it be incredible to see a flying asura, norn, or charr reigning destruction from the air? Some nice things about using it on the engineer is not having to worry about melee attacks since it is a strictly ranged character. It seems like it could fit into the lore. This would be incredibly visually stunning and could provide for insane moments, but would need some skill to use effectively (flying out of the reach of melee attacks while shooting would probably not be the most useful). The idea fits with the engineer's focus on moving back and forth in combat controlling space. All in all I could not resist saying something, and it seems like it would be fun and interesting especially if there were only a few characters could do it making it rarer and more spectacular. I do not know what it would do as a underwater skill though.
