As an Engineer, using turrets, there is a long cool down after you pick them up, you might as well just detonate them. Maybe there should be a shorter cool-down if you take the time to pick them back up, or just lowering the cool-down. Or maybe having the cool-down start when you cast the turrets, rather than when they are destroyed or picked up. I think that would create more of a balance between the long cool down, and being able to just cast them all the time.
