For the sake of variety, customizability and... sanitation, it would be nice if we had some way to change the underwear skin for our characters. In GW1 we are stuck with whatever underwear our profesion uses, and everyone has the same 20 styles of underwear. This is monotonous and, after 4 years of the same underwear, rather boring. I think there should be an NPC or a crafting ability to be able to create/purchase new underwear for your character. This will add variety and customizability for our characters, and will be a good deal more sanitary than wearing the same pair of undies every day for 4 years (yuk).
Mind you, I am not suggesting that a character be able to remove underwear entirely, just that they be able to change their underwear. For example, when a new pair is purchased or crafted, then you just doubleclick the icon in your inventory and the undies are automatically changed, whether your armor is on or not.
Another possibility would be for certain events, such as holiday events, that provide special undies as a prize (like the helms we get in GW1 now). We could get blue or green undies on wintersday, glowing green or orange undies for halloween, etc.
