Before Patient Spirit, Dwayna's Kiss was the most used small heal for good reason. Very slight buff to the unconditional heal should make this slightly more desirable.
Edit 9/28/09 - Brought casting time back to 1 sec. I don't think the 3/4 would be needed to bring this back if Patient is nerfed a bit more.
