There are several weapons that drop from end chests, such as Zodiac Scepters, that only drop in the primary attribute for casters (such as Energy Storage for elementalists), and Inspiration Magic for mesmers. This greatly limits the use of these weapons, which have excellent skins but can almost never see use due to their attribute requirement.
For Zodiac Scepters and Zodiac Staves, this is especially puzzling because they drop in every possible caster attribute from locked chests -- but are restricted to the primary attributes when dropped from the end chest. Quite irritating, because only the end chest drops are inscribable!
My suggestion is thus to allow these weapons, which in the game only take on primary attributes of casters, to take on every caster attribute. It would greatly increase the variety available to us for use.
Applicable Skins[edit]
I've tried to make a list of skins I could find that come in only the primary attributes of the caster, or ones that act like the Zodiac weapons, figuring ones that come in non-primary attributes only are meant to be that way.
