Elite Hex Spell. (10 seconds.) Every time target foe is healed, you are healed for 10...82...100% of that amount, and each time you sacrifice health, target foe sacrifies 10...82...100% of that amount.
The idea of this new functionnality came from the name of the skill. And the second part of the skill came from the fact that Necromancers are able to sacrifice health but don't benefit from this sacrifice (I mean with others skill synergy). With the exception of 
Dark Aura and 
Masochism of course.
