Very poor enchant removement spell and fairly un-needed one as well

I suggest turning this into an energy version of Grenth's Balance

Lyssa's Balance - 5 1 30 Spell. If target foe has more Energy than you, you gain half the difference (up to your maximum Energy), and that foe loses an equal amount. If this foe has less Energy than you, you lose half the difference, and that foe gains an equal amount (max 10 energy).
