I think this is a good idea, but I don't think ANet is ever going to consider it for GW1.

A new unique item available through Guild Wars Beyond, perhaps as a random drop during Hearts of the North or some future endeavor.


	Gwen's Bouquet Energy +6 Energy +6 (Requires 9 Divine Favor, Energy Storage, Fast Casting, Soul Reaping, or Spawning Power) Energy +5 (While Hexed or Enchanted) +1 to attribute of currently activating skill 10% chance while using skills. (O% chance otherwise.)
