I think this is a good idea, but I don't think ANet is ever going to consider it for GW1. resolution = withdrawn.

Let's make it something that fits the psychology of Mesmers:

Elite skill. You and target foe lose all enchantments. For x..y seconds, neither you nor target foe can be enchanted (except by party-wide spells).
