Another Mesmer Hero

Another Mesmer Hero should be made, just to balance things out in Guildwars. They have three of every proffession but Mesmer(atleast before you change Razah's Proffession. The advantages of having another mesmer hero would be great(especially if Razah could keep his changeability). Something to think about.
