Allow players to wear statless head clothing during combat or to make said items reusable skins that can be used on headgear:

Allow players to wear head clothing purchased from the Black Lion Trading Company in combat, either as an item or, preferably, as a reusable (or infinitely attainable) skin, similar to the way the current Heritage armor works. This head clothing does not in any way hinder other characters from determining the class of the user, nor will it provide an unfair combat advantage to the wearer in any way, shape or form. Furthermore, allowing the wearing of BLTC and similar headgear in combat will increase the value of those items, as users will actually feel that they can get more use out of them. Currently those items can only be worn in towns and so are generally worthless to anyone outside people who intend to AFK in town a lot or RPers. By allowing users to wear them in combat, they would become useful to others who do not fit within those categories.

Examples of the headgear in question include sunglasses, reading glasses, and top hats. There is currently NO valid reason why these items should not be accessible outside of towns, and I believe it would be both financially beneficial to ArenaNet as well as cosmetically beneficial to players to make this change a reality.
