Hope some of these are taken into consideration. I'm not all for pumping up Assassins (or any profession, for that matter) but instead, I'm looking for some functionality changes that might make different aspects of the game more interesting.

Dagger Mastery[edit]

5 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time - Dagger Attack. Lead Attack. If this attack hits, you interrupt your target's action. If you interrupted a skill, that skill is disabled for 1...8...10 seconds. If you strike a foe that is not activating a skill, you land a critical hit.

Deadly Arts[edit]

5 Energy¾ Activation time10 Recharge time - Spell. You deal 5...37...45 earth damage to target touched foe. Your next attack skill also cripples your target for 5 seconds. This skill must follow a Lead Attack and counts as an Off-hand Attack.

10 Energy¾ Activation time12 Recharge time - Enchantment Spell. For 15 seconds, your next dagger attack skill deals an additional +5...21...25 damage and inflicts crippling for 5 seconds.

5 Energy¼ Activation time10 Recharge time - Elite Hex Spell. For 5 seconds, target touched foe's next 0...1...1 spell fails. This skill must follow a Dual attack and counts as an Off-hand Attack.

5 Energy1 Activation time15 Recharge time - Elite Hex Spell. For 3...5...6 seconds, target is blinded and cannot be the target of enchantments.

5 Energy¼ Activation time12 Recharge timeHex Spell. You interrupt target touched foe's action. If you interrupted a skill, you deal 5...37...45 earth damage. For the next 1...5...6 seconds, target touched foe cannot block your attacks. If you used this skill on a knocked down foe, you steal 10...58...70 health. This skill counts as an Off-hand Attack.

10 Energy¼ Activation time20 Recharge time - Spell. You shadow step to target foe. If you use this skill on a foe that is moving faster than normal, that foe loses all current speed increase effects. 50% chance of failure if your Critical Strikes is below 5.

Critical Strikes[edit]

10 Energy0 Activation time15 Recharge time - Elite Stance. Upon activation, you shadow step to target foe and all nearby foes suffer from Bleeding for 5...21...25 seconds. For 0...10...12 seconds, you have -2 energy regeneration and you attack 25% faster. You also have a 50% chance to block attacks by enemies suffering from a condition.

10 Energy0 Activation time10 Recharge time - Elite Lead Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +5...25...30 damage and target foe loses up to 0...2...2 enchantments. If you remove an enchantment in this way, you also inflict a deep wound for 0...10...12 seconds.
