Heroes get one PvE Skill

I suggest that heroes be allowed to take one PvE only skill; or at least PvE skills that the heroes share the title with you. I know that this would be possible, as they share your title, when it is equipped. Having heroes with one PvE only skill would not be to game-breaking, and would allow a little more build differential for the heroes. It would also give a use to skills that don't self target.
