I would like to suggest that all of the War in Kryta rewards that cost 10 medals of honor be placeable in the Valor monument in the Hall of Monuments, as Grahame is conveniently in front of your face when you finish "War In Kryta" and has weapons worth 10 medals of honor. All I knew was that "Oppressor weapons" were a reward for completing War In Kryta and were worth 10 medals so I excitedly clicked and bought one, only to find that I could not place it in the Hall of Monuments.
I really think this will happen again to someone as another in my party did the same thing. Not only that, but the NPC's that do sell oppressor weapons are hidden out of plainsight inside of the keep, up a hill to the left. Where as Grahame is there again right infront of your face, waiting to scam you out of 10 medals of honor which could be used to buy a Oppressor weapon that goes into the HoM. Players who do so have the choice of completing Eye of the North and the Scavenger hunt and WIK, doing the daily quest for like 20 days or buying from another player. If you're not rich, then the other two options are time consuming and frustrating, especially when you remember you were scammed out of 10 medals of honor. The weapons from Grahame and from the Oppressor NPC's cost the same and both require War In Kryta to be completed to buy. I believe if one is permissable in the Hall, then there's no reason the other should'nt be.
