Right now, it's a passive stance with a poor effect compared to other Memser elites.

- Mantra of Recovery:
10 8 Elite Stance. For the next 5...9...10 seconds, the next spell you cast recharges 50% faster. You gain 5...7...8 energy if that spell was a Mesmer spell.
It's now a more active skill with rewards for using a mesmer skill.
