5 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time Elite Spell. All adjacent foes shadowstep directly away from you to the nearby range. You gain ... health and gain ... energy regeneration energy. No effect unless you are below 75% health or energy. Failure if energy storage below 5. (move second wind to energy storage)

Second wind needs a change and I just thought this would be a neat new effect if the skill can be made. Would take off melee pressure and have a cool effect making it seem like it shoots out wind. Also fits the term second wind since it gives you a second chance. I didn't even bother putting in the amount of health or energy because someone would complain. The first effect alone will probably make people complain. Complaints are good though as long as the person knows what they are talking about. I might find out something I didn't know before.
