In our suggestion, we suggest that there be an addition to the skills in Guild Wars 2. Traits are a perfect idea for skill diversity, however we feel as though there is a slight issue with level balance. So many levels, so little skills? Nobody should be able to have completely mastered all of there skills by level 80; there should still be more to obtain, more to unlock more to figure out!
When playing a PvP character, it kind of takes away from the game when one already knows what skills they are going to obtain when reverting back to PvE, it's less motivating when it is situated in that circumstance especially when there are a lot less skills and no secondary professions. Perhaps separate skills from PvE than PvP? It might be a little bit more work, however, the game is online which means it can be patched, updated etc and of course EXPANDED. One of the joys in Guild Wars 1 PvP was having access to all of the skills regardless if it wasn't unlocked in PvE, it felt like it was cheating.
In our suggestion we suggest that this be suggested. --Xadus 21:25, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
Another factor was skill recharging. We noticed that during PvP, after being defeated, our skills would not be automatically recharged upon re-spawn. Was this intentional for a little more dynamic/ balancing purposes? It would be much better if skills could be recharged automatically for a fresh new start.
