For starters I want to apologize if this is in the wrong category, couldn't find one more fitting though.

The suggestion: I suggest that you (ArenaNet) offer us customers an option to pay for premium support, a monthly subscription would be fitting.

The reason: Good and swift support costs money, but having access to things like ingame GMs 24/7 with swift responsetime is something a huge part of your potential playerbase has become accustomed to in games like World of Warcraft.

As an example I'd like to add a scenario that happened my spouse while playing WoW; Her account got hacked, all her gold and items where robbed from her and one of her max level characters where deleted. Within 2 hours after we had found out, she had her account restored, all items, gold and characters where back, all this on a Sunday. (Needless to say we added a authenticator to her account immideately afterwards).

This is the level of support many people will be expecting when trying new MMOs today, and for this reason I think Guild Wars 2 needs to offer this level of support as well. I would even pay a monthly subscription just for having access to such support. Throw in some benefits like a monthly cashshop currency and you've got months without need for support covered as well (from a player perspective).

I hope for some constructive feedback and ideas regarding this topic.
