Reasoning: Combined with the recent buffs to Jagged Strike and Fox Fangs this dual attack has become far too powerful as a means of constant enchantment stripping with fairly high sustained damage. Multiple copies of this attack chain makes protting in HA next to useless and puts a great deal of pressure on the use of any other common enchantments, such as Channeling, Healer's Boon and attunements.
