Official Forum enough to be "official notes"?

According to this edit (too lazy to look on the forums), a post by A-Net said that. Are these posts by the team credible enough to make the note "official" and not just documented by us under the GWW notes section? ~FarloTalk 00:33, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
