Renaming Rosa?

No idea here either, I guess perhaps they wanted to reuse most of the pink dye features but not relate it to breast cancer awareness... in which case I don't know why they didn't just clone the npc with a new name instead. -Chieftain Alex 15:07, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

I still have her dye in my inventory and the description still mentions "breast cancer awareness", but they removed the word "month" from the end of it (i.e. "breast cancer awareness month"). --Silver Edge 22:23, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

According to this edit, the name was changed "in memory of the Guild Wars player nicknamed Sadie, who passed away from cancer in March 2013". --Silver Edge 07:58, 23 April 2013 (UTC)

Here is a link with a lot more detail. I wasn't sure how much information to add to the article. Due to her participation in the cancer awareness events and her own story she was known by a few people working at ArenaNet. Everything happened quite fast the past few months. With their help and the support of players that knew her they decided to change the name of this NPC in her honor. -- Karasu (talk) 08:23, 24 April 2013 (UTC)
