Feedback talk:Game updates/20180215

Ever since this update was published, I get random freezing of the 3D rendering which lasts for about 10 to 20 seconds. I can still move the mouse pointer, so the game isn't completely locked up. Nothing has changed on my PC and it was working perfectly before this update, so I can only assume that has to be the cause. 35.190.139.152 06:19, 27 February 2018 (UTC)

I am sorry to hear this is happening to you. May I suggest going to the Guild Wars 2 Support page and seeking help there? If you scroll down on that page, there is a section for GW1 issues. I also believe you can submit a ticket for tech support via the top-right button on that page.
