Why has Ranger/Apply Posion skill been nerfed for "PVE" Ranger attacks ? 
If the devs need to, then nerf it in "PVP". A lot of Rangers play "PVE"

I hope GW2 does NOT end up the "roller-coaster" skill ride that GW has become.
