Pvp version is worse version of reaper's sweep dont think it would be ever used over evisecrate or dismember. 89.166.101.7 17:43, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

I hope the PvE-Version is a sick joke. Lou Wolfskin 20:52, 25 November 2009 (UTC)

Apparently, my idea for the new Decapitate function is reference to the fact that the word "decapitate" means cutting off someone's head. Apparently, this means trying to instantly kill someone. Note that I've put that 10% chance for the megaspike like Ebon Vanguard Sniper Support as a balancer. Also, having an attack skill that can a deal a massive spike, deep wound, AND a critical at the same time is quite overpowered (which that could explain the energy and adrenaline penalty). Having something that can inflict Deep Wound to a foe under 50% health as well as serving as an effective beneficial finisher seems more reasonable than having an attack that can drain the all the Warrior's energy and adrenaline (since Warriors have low energy pool and heavily rely on adrenaline skills for attacking and stances). Heck, I could inflict more damage using three different adrenaline/energy Warrior skills than using a skill that have a massive penalty for a warrior in PvP. --Dark Paladin X 21:28, 25 November 2009 (UTC)
The thing is, and that's probably only my opinion, splitskills suck and they suck even more when there is a completly different(not to say overpowered) function in PvE and nearly a useless function in PvP. I stopped counting how often i see ppl using Signet of Spirits in PvP and complaining it doesn't summon three spirits like it does in PvE, the whole thing is just confusing for those playing both, PvE and PvP, maybe that's not the mainstream in this game but on the other hand the splitskills only made such players even more rare. I don't even get why skills in PvE need to be overpowered, PvE is too easy already, why make it easier? If there would be tons of monsters with 30K HP and whatnot like in other games i could understand something like that but here, many mobs don't even have healers to compensate the dmg players are dealing. Change pve only version so the bonus dmg only applies to foes under 50% hp and change axe mastery req to 13 . 195.95.208.223 11:11, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

I was just thinking...did you thought about the monsters using this skill? Lou Wolfskin 10:09, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Apparently, I did not. However, note that it is only 10 percent chance of happening, so it is an unlikely hood. Besides, you have ways to counter this (such as having minions as meat shields, casting Protective Spirit, or use skills that block melee attacks).--Dark Paladin X 21:25, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

PvE version = madnizz

PvP version = decrapitate. Dark Morphon 16:19, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

Alright so the PvP version is uber suck, and the pve is rather retarded. However I see one lapse on the pvp version, it is impossible to acive that "killing blow" Why? because it causes deep wound, applying deep wound on an attack skill will cause it to set the targets health to 1 point if the 20% reduction and damage dealt by the attack would have killed the target. For the target would require a 2nd source of damage(say a follow up attack) to kill the target, thus never allowing you to gain that adren and energy. Weaponmaster 04:33, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
Here's a little twist. the damage is applied before the Deep Wound. In other words, you inflict the damage first, follow by the calculation of the Deep Wound. Therefore, you can preform the killing blow on your target.--Dark Paladin X 13:28, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

This suggestion is how do you say.. Shit!
