I'm anxious to see if A.net will comment on this. I want to hold back on my feedback for a while to see what they'd say. (Well, I'll admit that I'd file this in the "not bloody likely" category.) --Emkyooess 00:27, 13 November 2009 (UTC)

I doubt they will. Usually, if a game is going to have customizable content, that is one of the very first features put in. And then a lot of the game is then built around that feature. --User Ezekial Riddle silverbluesig.pngRIDDLE 01:04, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
City of Heroes, late in the market, added "fan-made quests" in some way. That game, BTW, is also published by NCSoft and, from what I've seen, uses an engine similar to GW's. --Emkyooess 01:12, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
That doesn't mean anything, NCSoft is just the pulisher not the creator of Guild Wars. Don't think they give their Map&Poly Editors for free oO --Kali Shin Shivara 00:56, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

To change the current train of thought away from whether or not the idea will be implemented. I think it's a good idea. I think the reason we use the feedback protal in the first place is because we have ideas on how to improve the game. If there was a fan contact area we could use it as a place to realize some of those ideas. If Anet wanted to use some of the fan content as offical content, I imagine that acutal content would be a lot easier to implment in the game then some idea on a forum.--Copper Legray 07:12, 19 December 2009 (UTC)
