- Pestilence - OP for Frag spikes
- Quicksand - heaviely OP in HA/GvG on lyssa derv builds, also in combination with c4 and drain mesmers, also completely shut down wars and paras with 2 energy loss
- Troll Unguent - could be also op in combination with stances but its nearly the only healskill for ranger... both are crap coz of activation time/easy to rupt

- Yes, they're strong - they need to be for a ranger to actually bother taking them, especially elite Rituals. They can be countered using different Rituals, too (see my Fertile Season suggestion). I haven't designed all of the counters yet, but there will be one to counter Quicksand at some point (Energizing Wind, probably). Keep in mind that the Rituals effect your own team, too (the enemy warriors might have no energy, but neither do yours!). You can also kill the spirits to stop their effects. I might not have the numbers exactly right, but that could be changed easily - something definitely needs to be done in order to make these skills usable. --Fiore 18:30, 8 February 2012 (UTC)
- I like most of it; the only major problem I see is that quicksand is still going to be worse for the ranger than for most spellcasting classes. An extra 2 energy on top of a 15e spell isn't too awful, but for a ranger who's used to spending 8 or less energy per skill and who auto attacks a lot? Not fun.--152.20.182.65 15:17, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's true, but the energy loss on attacking hurts melee a lot more than rangers! Honestly, I don't see much use for it outside of quite specialised team builds, but I'm trying to keep a lot of the skills similar whilst making them somehow usable. It could be used in some kind of adrenaline-heavy or energy-management heavy team as it is. I could make more changes to it, too. --Fiore 11:31, 29 March 2012 (UTC)
