This should cost 1 gem, be available ONLY to linked accounts, and be usable ONLY for 'active characters' in GW. Come in the form of a consumable, a non-deletable mail message should be sent to confirm the reservation, upkeep for reserved but yet unused names should be 1 gem per month after 90 days from reservation. --Skekzyz 05:03, 12 August 2012 (UTC)
