This pane annoys me, too. It's like: "Nyah, nyah, look what you missed out on! And we're going to constantly rub your noses in it, too! Bwahahahaha!" I think a simple way to do it might be to convert it to an Account Anniversary storage pane: when your player account reaches its 4th year, this storage pane permanently unlocks, account-wide. (An acceptable but less desirable option would simply be to make it purchasable on the 4th anniversary.) That way it wouldn't always be a useless taunt for people who weren't around for a one-time event that happened years ago, and can instead be a reward for player longevity. Providing festival hats only to event participants is one thing because they're just for looks, but this makes something functional completely off-limits for a lot of players, and that's not cool. -- Tekn0mancer (Talk) 14:36, 22 April 2012 (UTC) This affects me too. And I even tried to unlock the 4th anniversary pane when the promo was on, but I messed up the NCsoft acct creation (not realising I already had an acct) and now I can never get that chance again. I would love if it were possible to unlock it after playing for 4years, or thru the store.
