I like this suggestion. You know what this sounds like to me? Codex styled hard mode. It gets boring when you can look up what monsters have for bars. It would be nice to have surprises. But how would you unlock this? Don't tell me by vanquishing, that would be annoying since I'd like to try this but don't pve much lol. Previously Unsigned 00:01, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

HM is fine, this would require a lot of work and is not necessary.. why? because balancing the game around the current overpowered shit is retarded, the things pve needs right now are: the removal of every consumable(cept id and salvage kits), the removal of every pve skill(except cap sig and the ones you get in missions to use), the removal of every title effect and the removal of the pve/pvp skill split system and balancing skills around pvp. - Wuhy User Wuhy sig.jpg 17:28, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
I love you, Wuhy. --Emkyooess 01:57, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

Nice to see that some of the idea is liked, I agree HM is OK however power builds can break HM easily if you look them up, which is why I suggested this so that, if the time is available and Anet wants to put the work in (After all GW2 is the main focus atm) a new way of PvE could be given to GW1, I like the idea that a mode is available that you cant power build your way though, so that GW gains an extremely good challenge as well as one of those Titles that demonstrates how much effort and determination you put into your PvE by demonstrating you can adapt and play really effectively using only tips that people can provide rather than just slapping you power builds on yourself and your Heroes and charging from one end of the story to the other, I never said something like it would be easy to do but making a game easy does attract players but also deters those who could thrive on the challenge, after all something like this wouldnt stop things like ecto farming and easy ways of making money. --Gotenks Jr 13:17, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
