You do realize that breaking SF would pretty much end the in-game economy as we know it. If you remember, before consets and GoS, before Factions, ectos were in the 15-18k range. Now, seeing as items (read:Chaos Gloves, Obsidian Armor) actually need ectos to be crafted, the price has gone down. But without a steady stream of ectos coming in (via Shadow Form farming), and a steady stream of ectos being lost (via Obsi Armor crafting and Chaos Gloves, etc), the ecto prices would sky rocket, leading to people holding on to them, leading to even higher prices, leading to people not being able to buy orsell items that are valued over 100k. Do you see where the problem is now? The preceding minor edit was made by: User Moo Kitty Sleepy McHamster.png A cute hamster at 16:12, on 9/10/2009

Sure, but that's something common to all of these SF nerfs. I'm not particularly in favour of (or against) nerfing SF, but if it's going to happen, this is how I'd like to see it done. -- Hong 07:33, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
Well I am obviously exaggerating. As to shadow form, I don't see it as a problem, the few dungeons that a perma can solo would simply be replaced by a 600/smite team taking twice as long, they can't really use it for normal gameplay (HM a tank could be useful, in the areas where there aren't any counters) other then HM. UWSC (and FoWSC for that matter) however are a problem, 7/8 min runs in HM just shouldn't happen, I'd like to see the time they take increased to 20 - 30 minutes minimum, but such a nerf would severely hinder PUGs from doing it (PUGs + elite mission in HM = Bad combination, even if they use immortality against non-aoe spells and attacks) C4K3 User C4K3 Signature.jpg Talk 19:42, 10 October 2009 (UTC)
