They don't need to split the arena to make it random. Alliance Battles supported variable size teams during the factions BWE, and team arenas has always supported that (it pulled someone else from TA who was alone). The code's there, they just have to say yes. ~Shard User Shard Sig Icon.png 23:20, 25 October 2009 (UTC)

Well no I didn't mean Split it into 2 different Arenas, I just mean a better Match-Up system cuz the one that's letting the guild teams farm PuGs right now is bullshit --ilrUser ilr deprav.png 02:35, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
I really dislike the idea of all random grouping in CA. :( It would put a lot of the same problems RA has in to CA, and make it even less respected as a format. However, I also can't agree that the skills themselves need to change for just Codex. As with Ritualists and Necromancers, do you think it would be fair to have it so that at least one Hex removal and one Condition removal was open in any class that has them available to them? (Monk, Mesmer, Dervish and Paragons have at least one hex removal, while Monks and Ritualists have a lot of condition removal that is hardly seen. That could also make removal much too easy for monks, though. User Bathory Spirit to Flesh.jpg Bathory talk 22:06, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
I don't know where you got the idea that all grouping would become Random. It was proposed as an Opt-In/Opt-out option. And though I can't speak for what Lindsey ultimately meant by "If the server supported it", I have to point out that CA itself basically become a ghost town a month after it was introduced, so anything that makes it more like RA would be an improvement over its current state. --ilrUser ilr deprav.png 07:25, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
