maybe for GW2?[edit]
the idea sounds pretty nice, but we endured all these different trophies for almost five years now, and changing the game for the commendations sounds like too much effort to me. having it in gw2 instead since the very first day sounds much easier. i don't want to say that just because we got used to something is a reason not to change it. but it would stop most trophy trades between players though - one will always automatically collect the "right trophies" he or she needs because once they don't take any space anymore they all are the right onces that can be traded for a uniform coin/commendation system, so you'll always be able to trade the collector item you want with your own stuff. minor exceptions would be Canthan New Year and Nicholas the Traveler. —Zerpha
