It is not like the people who win in AB are good at the game anyway :P Koda User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg Kumi 19:44, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

I think a better fix would be to get rid of the running counter and switch to an over time counter. Instead of having the map switch once one side gets a certain amount of wins, it should keep track of how many wins each side gets within a certain time frame, let's say 1 hour. The faction that has the highest number of wins after 1 hour will move the boundary line and switch the maps accordingly. This will keep the maps changing on a regular basis and will more accurately reflect the "skill" of the faction at that time and will better reward each faction if they are able to push into the other side, but will also allow the faction to rectify that problem within a short period of time. --MushaUser Musha Sigc.png 20:20, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
I think that was pretty much how it worked when it was first implemented. The problem was that it only ever wiggled between the three middle maps; the extreme ones (which ironically are more evenly balanced than Grenz Frontier and whatever its invisible twin is called) at either end never got used. Which is still better than it being on only one like it is now. 90% Grenz uptime is impressive. -- JadeWarrior 01:17, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Try checking during the daytime (US time). On weekdays, it goes deeply into Luxon territory almost every day. I was out sick for a few days some weeks back, and I saw the map completely reverse itself 8 times that week.

So, the problem likely isn't a unbalancing issue; it seems more likely that the better Kurzick players are from places other than the USA. ~ Daddicus
