Not only this, but some of the hero tonics already don't have all the emotes, such as Everlasting Zhed Shadowhoof Tonic. So really, they've already compromised. --Axis 06:35, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Joe says they chose to let them use tonics out of town because it's cooler that way, not for technical reasons. I chopped some of the article off to reflect that. –Jette 15:26, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
