Basically your wanting a "battlenet" type forum where you can look for groups? There might be a function like that built in, seeing as how we have the party function in GW1, whats stopping them from putting it in GW2 with improvements? And dungeons will be instanced, I do believe.--Neithan Diniem

Guild-based "Events" tab/window[edit]
A Guild tab/window with: Title, Location, Description, Date & Time, Sign Up for Event button, Notification check box, Teleport button.
Everyone in guild can create an event.
You can pick if you want a notification to pop up 5 minutes before event.
Click the teleport button to warp there.
This might be a bit much, but even just "Title,Description,Date&Time" would be good. The window would have events sorted by date.
