However scholars would be limited to just their armor. Not exactly fair, is it?--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 19:41, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

Seems fair. They only were low armor gear. Warrior wear the heavy armor gear, so I see why they cant where lighter gear as well. Scholar arnt trained to handle heavy armor. So from a lore standpoint I dont see how they would be able to handle such a task. Warrior on the other hand are trained at using the heaviest armor. so Lighter armor wouldnt be a difficult task for them and the other soldier.--Knighthonor 22:20, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
Wouldn't it be better to have armor and seperate RP gear (where ALL classes would have acess to all of the RP gear)? And PLEASE learn to spell better....~Cookies~ 03:43, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
And yet the soldier classes have access to every single armor type in the game, meaning they can use any of their appearances. That is NOT fair in any way or form. If you want lower AR, just use a lower AR armor available to your class, such as an older set from a lower level time in your character's development. Forcing the scholars to be stuck with a single armor type when the other two have access to more is blatantly unfair.
Also Cookies, "Wouldn't it be better to have armor and seperate RP gear (where ALL classes would have acess to all of the RP gear)?" should be separate and access. Don't diss people's spelling if you yourself make mistakes. Makes you look bad and thus your comment holds less authority. Mozilla auto spell-checker is a good friend for the less linguistically mastered people (like myself).--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 05:04, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
Everyone makes mistakes, but usually mine when it comes to spelling are simply me pressing the wrong key. I, however can't stand the same word inconsistently spelled wrong (in kh's case wear being spelled 'were', once correctly, and 'where'). Either way, I need to go back over things an extra time. It's also quite difficult to use an iPod instead of a computer (the buttons are so small D: whyyyyyy?). Spelling aside, I agree with you about the armor issue here. Rewarding two classes with access to ALL armor in game would just suck. ~Cookies~ 11:11, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

All classes should be able to use all types of "RP" Armor. The Stone summit dwarves mages wears huge armor. Why shouldn't we wear those too?--Miteshu 23:46, 14 August 2010 (UTC)

Because its not accurately displaying the capabilities of that class. If you want to RP, then you would use the costumes that are available all over in GW2, Not a "armor" just to make you look like your using heavy armor. Thats my thoughts on that at least.--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 17:03, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

What would be the point? You want your frail little bookworm caster to wear plate-mail? That's so impractical it's ridiculous. Each profession wears what it wears for a reason. Tanking in ranger leathers or trying to cast in a full iron bodysuit is just stupid. You want to wear another profession's armor? Create a character for that profession.
