It was stated at the beginning that GW2 wouldn't have click-to-move. A bit more research prior to purchasing something would be benificial. There are a veriaty of problems with trying to have click-to-move in a game with GW2's mechanics. A big one is the ground targeting mechanic, which could cause issues with click-moving. The dodge mechanic is another one, that could be very awkward for players. A really big one is Underwater combat. I can't even imagine how you could move around in a three dimensional space like water with click-moving. Theres also the fact that the devs have to program in pathing for the click-moving to follow....which takes a lot of time. Bottom line is that its not happening, GW2 will not have click-to-move. However, you can reasign just about every key, incuding movement keys, in the options tab. With a bit of time and patience on your part, you can have a set up that will be more comfortable for your weak lefty and your dominatrix righty.--Will Greyhawk 04:58, 18 October 2012 (UTC)

IIRC the only reason GW had click-to-move, and the reason GW2 does not, is the lack of Z-axis. GW had much simpler pathing because there was no Z-Axis, but in a game where sometimes you need to jump over obstacles, it's much harder to do. Zau (talk) 05:22, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
