Nice idea, often find myself struggling to come up with a decent character name that 'fits' with the game and/or race I'm playing, something like this would help a lot. Perhaps, (and this is a long-shot) it would be possible for them to release it as a flash-based 'Character Creator' type thing on their website that included the name-generator type thing and, at the same time, allowed people to browse through some of the character customization options pre-launch to try and help them decide which name/class/race/background etc... they want to play when it goes live.

Yeah, I like your "flash-based-browse" test idea. Having this in their website to everyone try it out, test it and give their opinion in Wiki and in conventions would be a really good idea.
BTW, you forgot your signature, I don't know who you are lol =). -- Morcotulcon 22:39, 20 September 2010 (UTC)

I reckon asurans would be easy, since they tend to add double consonants to their names. Vekk, Sojja, Blimm. (58.7.167.184 17:48, 23 September 2010 (UTC))
The flash thing would be an interesting bit, but perhaps have it as a downloadable .exe from their site instead, as having it on the sit and being used all at once can drag the bandwidth down. Nice idea, I played another MMO before and they had a name generator built in, letting players simply pop the reset button to get a new name untill they got one they liked. I like finding my own names, however, lets me find a personal meaning behind them. I use Tolkien elvish for all my character names, and they each have meaning related to their personal stories I have of them.--Neithan DiniemUser Talk:Neithan Diniem 22:04, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
