Why dont we just chuck in a "And heals you your full ammount of heal" just for kicks?--Neil • 21:20, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

In a build that forces opponents not to use skills (like GoR dom or Arcane Languor dom), this skill can work as a respectable source of damage with no drawback (they're not using energy, anyway). Even in a build where your targets are actively using skills, you can refund their energy to full and use this as a spammable pseudo-interrupt between other forms of shutdown. It can even be used as a lite version of Shame on spikes. The only time this would really be bad would be if a mesmer were using it to refund energy without bringing targets back to full, in which case they'd just be helping the other team. But, ofc, I have no problem with bad mesmers screwing things up. — Raine Valen 21:26, 7 Dec 2010 (UTC)
