- With Wastrel's Worry, it's true that that's a ridiculously spammable skill. But in order for it to work each one of those foes has to cease all skill activating for 3 seconds. That doesn't happen with NPCs in JQ - they start Power Shotting and Lsurging that soft little Mesmer ass before s/he can get the third copy cast. And while covering a team with that hex can be an energy-pressure tactic, with NPCs it isn't viable since they're pretty much overstocked on it. So, if a Mesmer's capping quarries/guard posts with WW it's because s/he's damn good at mass shut down, not at button-mashing.--Ph03n1x 02:31, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
