IMO Guild Wars 2 is going to be more of a Personal character thing. Which is why they did not make the Guild's account wide as mandatory. I wouldnt want to have to fight for gear that all the people in my guild would look the same copy paste in.--Knighthonor 02:01, 5 September 2010 (UTC)

Although I do like the idea of displaying the Guild emblem on my armor and/or shield as a cosmetic thing that can be switched on and off. I could see at is something that might take to much work to implement. But it would give people more options to display their guild emblem around other than a cape. Both City of Heroes and Dragon Age have done similar things, so its not impossible to do. This could also only work for certain types of armor and shields, example for shields it would only for on smooth and flat shield, "plain" shields, not ones with a lot of detail already on them.
