First, critical % is more dependant on the ranks in the weapon's attribute than on Crit Strikes, so I would say Way of the Master (which is a design flaw on its own) is the culprit in thus case.
Second, the interrupts are not realiable at all, and even less reliable against higher levelled opponents. Unless I am mistaken, where your crit chances against level 20 enemies are at 75%, against level 28 opponents they go down to around 50%. Add the faster casting times on HM and the skill quickly loses its use. Koda Kumi 18:27, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
