Change isn't very drastic. It's just the extinguish of old + always remove burning. The current version is more build wars than the suggestion. It's obviously meant to be a counter to searing flames. Except that searing flames did not exist when Extinguish was invented. Although this is a PnH-kind of suggestion which does not solve a whole lot because it still costs 15 energy, monks can use the upgrade in prots. Koda User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg Kumi 16:41, 14 October 2009 (UTC)
Im not suggesting this as a "anti sf", Im suggesting it to give this skill a slight buff and to make it fit its name slightly better, sure in a ways it will be a slight counter to SF, but isnt it already? I mean really... who covers burning... -Talamare- feedback 17:08, 14 October 2009 (UTC)
My idea is to leave the functionality as it is but decreasing the energy cost to 10. That way it will at least be viable to AoE fire skills and also help against degen pressure teams. Koda User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg Kumi 09:28, 17 October 2009 (UTC)
I think removing conditions from everyone is pretty powerful and worth more then 10e, but not quite 15e... which is why I suggest to also remove the least likely condition as well -Talamare- feedback 09:43, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
