- 60 heal isnt much but not being limited does help... and heal touch is bad because its limited to only self heals, like this is limited to only 'other' heals... whisper should allow you to both... its kinda of hard to suggest exact perfect balance, but i think the 2 suggestions put them close to each other in power ...... but both this and whisper is still weaker then PS -Talamare- feedback 03:44, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
