Skill definitely is not intended to be a finisher. It used to have a 5 second recharge before the current 8 and it didn't used to have the additional DoT damage on top of degen, it's always been intended to be upkept for best results. If the skill is going to be nerfed, bring down the numbers but the concept of the skill is fine imo. ~>Sins WDBUser The Sins We Die By Sig.png 21:57, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

Leave IoP alone. It's not that OP considering that standard hex removal makes all of it's damage go bye bye. I will say that split builds with IoP+GM doing 40dps can be pretty rough, but like I said earlier, the downsides to the skill seem to balance it (namely hex removal). "fine because of hex removal"
No comment. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 22:12, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
Hex removal is not as common as condition removal, nor is hex removal as easy to fit on a bar as condition removal. As a result some classes just blow up when hit with IoP.--Ozite 23:19, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
Either you pack hex removal or any team wipes the floor with you. If anything, IOP is underpowered. NuVII User NuclearVII signature 3.jpg 10:47, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
IOP is too powerful in small arenas - In other words - Random Arena 68.202.136.112 11:00, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
no one cares about RA. NuVII User NuclearVII signature 3.jpg 12:24, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
Funny how nobody's mentioned PvE. Or is PvP all anyone cares about these days? IoP is just fine for PvE mesmers, gives them a chance in high end areas where they otherwise would be fairly limited. --Nathe 18:52, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
