my suggestion

5 3 30 Skill. For 1...8...10 seconds, target foe cannot attack or cast spells.

It would need it's own pvp version and maybe the casting time lowered, but I was thinking of it being balanced, but useful. - Giant Nuker 14:20, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
