Against this idea because Imperial factions can be turned in for Balthazar faction. If this was not the case and there were rewards for Imperial itself, then I'd agree with this. But as it stands, disagree. PvP rewards (stuff via Balthazar faction, thus Imperial faction) should remain exclusive to PvP activities. Konig/talk 04:40, 21 July 2011 (UTC)

Like Zaishen Keys? That Sounds Risky | 04:54, 21 July 2011 (UTC)
Priest of Balthazar and Tolkano mainly, though the latter less so and the former is less important. Zaishen Keys used to count, but no longer do. Point is that Imperial Faction is designed for making an ease for PvP'ers in the 3 Factions pvp modes, and in turn rewards a solely-pvp reward. That's not something which should go into PvE. Now, the implication you give delves into another topic - lack of PvP-only rewards or means to get existing ones. But as said, that's an entirely different subject. For the idea, provisionally[edit]

I'm in favor of this idea. However, there should be some provisions, because as Konig wrote, this could unbalance the PvP goodies.

If only the missions provided Imperial Faction (and maybe SOME of the quests), and only a limited amount (i.e. the three levels of mission rewards could only be obtained once each), then the effect on PvP-titles and other PvP rewards would be minimized. These would be akin to doing the arenas from those battle outposts on the Battle Isles. Those can be farmed indefinitely, but the sheer boredom of doing it daily keeps that kind of farming from being excessive. Daddicus 04:45, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
