Way too many functions put into one skill, also you cannot block hostile spells only attacks so it would need to be all hostile spells against you have 75% chance to fail, and for it's duration vs recharge it OP even in my view. The only thing Gladiator's Defense needs is a duration/recharge reduction. The random condition looks fun, but remove knock down from the list (btw the minimum KD duration is 2 seconds).
