Maybe all the Charr are just psychic? Or maybe they are communicating to each other through smells? No, you are right, it makes more sense for them to talk to each other. Kormon Balser 03:03, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

Not an issue. The Charr starting zone shows them talking and it is highly detailed, even with facial expressions in the eyes. Wazwolf 20:20, 16 September 2011 (UTC)

If this is the case, I'm glad to know it. It didn't seem that way on youtube videos showing the Charr cutscenes? Weindrasi 05:38, 18 September 2011 (UTC)Weindrasi
Older videos perhaps? To be frank, Anet shot themselves in the foot with the charr mouth design. Sure, all those giant teeth look bad ass, but you know that can't close their mouths all the way (though its a little better with the females). Talking is also going to look a bit awkward for them.--Will Greyhawk 18:10, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
It's actually the females who are the problem. The males move their mouths but the females just leave them hanging open, twitching their jaws as if they have a tic when they speak. Weindrasi 07:06, 21 September 2011 (UTC)Weindrasi
Really? I haven't seen that yet. Do you have an example I can watch? If this is the case, I suppose that should be changed.--Will Greyhawk 20:06, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Stfx0Lk0qQ4 <---Go to 20:40 and watch the conversation. Seems like the female ought to move her mouth more. This one's actually not bad, but some of the different mouth designs don't move well at all.Weindrasi 03:18, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Weindrasi
Yeah, there's room for improvement there. Hope its only because its a demo.--Will Greyhawk 19:38, 22 September 2011 (UTC)
I"ve recently come across an interview, basically saying that the current cutscene animations are place holders. So we can expect them to be better at release.--Will Greyhawk 18:06, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
