No for costumes. Costumes are not free so costume should never have bonuses. A small bonus to festival hats could be nice as long as is not too powerful.

And no for Festival hats. I'd rather have old hats avaiable in store for a not so cheap price than make old player rich for selling their hats. I can already see it: "WTS '05 yule cap - 100k and 100 stars of transferece". --Sharkinu 12:31, 24 November 2010 (UTC)
